'Member when she and Ol' man Nicholson was humping her boney asss big time? I am completely suck in the idea that she has gone to rehab for bulimia and she's been hanging around Mo'nique ("skinny Bitches iz evil because thay hungray") at Pink's in Hollywood. And has been eating Chili cheese chicken Burrito's (my favorite from that spot..i might add).
Remmeber back before Kate Bosworth and Perez Hilton ever existed... Lara was the Clavical queen. So it's shocking. and wierd... almost david lynch like to me.

At first I guessed it was botox gone overboard, but can someone go from emaciated in the face to jowly from just botox? Why would she be getting injections into her neck to give her the double chin??

I think she looks like she's on a high dose of Cortisone treatment for some sort of inflammatory illness. A high dose of Cortisone that lasts more than a few weeks gives the skinniest of skinnies a big weird fat face, double chin & squinty eyes.
It's impossible to tell from the photo, but if her body is skinny & that's her face, I'd stake my Plastic Surgery/Cosmetic Procedure Detection Award on it being Cortisone related. -

I've been doing through a Bergman Bindge, reingesting almost film Bergman film she was in. She Beautiful and Quite honestly In the Top 5 actresses EVER.
But what do you mean by 'towards the end"? She's still living.
If my life story were to bloom into a major motion picture that Ullmann would obviously be my choice preference to play moi.
