      an actor on "CSI". though i don't watch the show because it's laughably bad. didn't they just recently kill his character off btw? (what a shocker, yeah.) but since he seems to have no priors, it's not surprising that he's not doing any jail time actually, celebrity or no.

      still, the man's a hardcore party on wheels. just looking at his crispy fried mugshot makes me wince.... ouchie... that is one serious crash to have to rebound from.
